Today is my day 4 in Surgery. Finally beginning to feel happy because I started to have my own patients. Cannot wait for the tagging days to be over!


Something that I learnt today from the MO nephrology,

Complete contraindication of blood transfusion is when you have hyperkalemia with anuria

Will explain why later. I am so tired and I just want to sleep......
